Day 3 of 30 Day Shred

I’m currently writing this in bed so it may be shorter as I’m using cardio muscles to keep my eyes open so may be a shorter post.

For my own entertainment I decided to see how long it took me to get up and work out… Erm 2 hours and 38 minutes guys!! Why?! Lol my legs are trembling from the past 2 days, I used to squat big boy weights and now I’m bambi after body weight squats. I’m glad I got it out of the way this morning and felt great afterwards… I’m still stopping a little bit to catch my breath though.

I managed to hit my step goal for the day, I think I hit 20,000 but I have to check tomorrow… Squeezed in extra steps by walking to the local park and catching some Pokemon.

Stayed on plan and managed to have a syn free meal and resist the Friday night food delights.

I have no presentation skills! 😭😂
