Day 15 of 30 Day Shred. 

Halfway there, I’m already looking to what’s next… I weigh the same as I did when I started!!

Today I fancied something sweet so I tried to make something on my slimming world plan.


Layers of strawberry, banana, fat free yoghurt, muscle food low cal maple syrup and sprinklings of a digestive biscuit to taste.

I still haven’t managed to get back on my food 😦 maybe I’m coming down with something but I still managed to go through 30 minutes of being shouted by Jillian before collapsing in to a sweaty heap before ‘Stranger Things’.
