Day 20.5 of 30 Day Shred

Oh Comrades! I fell at the last hurdle!

Self-inflicted damage on Friday and I was out for the count. I’ve been incapacitated and haven’t been able to workout which is frustrating as I could have finished the shred just before Bali… Nevermind though!

I went to a comedy show on Friday and I THOUGHT it was still 2005 and I could slutdrop with no repercussions … The shots of tequila and glasses of prosecco acted as a local anaesthetic clearly because I miserably and clumsily emerged the next day from the depths of mascara stained pillows and the stench of regrets. Deep Regrets.

My knee was completely busted. The walk to redemption was not a pleasant one but it’s healed up now so 30 minutes of jumping up and down again… Yay šŸ˜‘!

Anyway so on Fri I did my measurements to see how I’ve done.. Meh… Barely any changes, a few 0.5 inches off here and there. Though 0.5 gain on my waist!! Por que?!

We shall endeavour though! Lol! Hopefully the gym in the hotel does something to counteract the sinnery out there and to do some lifting sessions.

I’d appreciate any advice on good hotel workouts for limited equipment ?

  1. Squats are good and you don’t need equipment, and push ups and sit ups šŸ™‚ and if you want cardio then jog on the spot or high knees šŸ˜€ that’s what I like to do down the gym x
