Week 1 of Jamie Easons 12-Week LiveFit Trainer

Good morning all!! Rise and grind! Not really… I’ve got food in my hair and I’m laying on the couch. It sounds good though.

I finished the 30 Day Shred last week and jumped on to the Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer as soon as I got back from my holiday.

Much like the 30 day shred, I wanted to do this because I’ve started it many times in the past but not finished it. I’ve also not found many full reviews or ‘Before and After’ shots from other people that had as much fat as I have, most of the people looked pretty fit to begin with so you can’t see many changes.

I was in two minds about what to do when starting the programme, my body responds well to weightlifting.. In the way that I get stronger but for fat loss I definitely longer periods of cardio and Phase 1 of The LiveFit trainer is no cardio, at all. Zilch. Nada. Whilst the idea of this is great because cardio is the spawn of satans congealed waste, I know it is necessary for me. I wanted to sneak in a couple of sessions but for a full and honest review I decided to stick to the workouts completely and follow them.

cardio-hate-1

I won’t go too in-depth in to the programme as the link is above but it is basically 3 phases, which I see as prepping, strengthening and cutting. 4 to 5 days of workouts which are all on the bodyspace app so you don’t need to try and remember what to do.

The trainer sets out your supplements, workouts, food etc. I will be following the programme only and I have worked out my calorie intake to lose weight at a healthy rate and I am logging food on myfitnesspal, my calorie goal per day is 1620, I will adjust if necessary and keep you guys updated on it weekly.

I haven’t had a chance to do my ‘before’ pics today but I will take some tomorrow in the gym and update on my week 2 post.I’ll throw in my last full body pic on my camera roll to see what we’re working with at the mo but I feel excited to go back to lifting and seeing my body change.

Progress Week 1

As this is the end of week 1, I am in severe pain guys, like, I feel that I have riding a horse bareback after a 5th of Hennessy. I am down 5.6lbs this week. That is nothing to get too excited (at the moment) as I gained more than 10lbs on holiday so I am probably shifting most of that, I imagine that the speed of weight loss will slow down dramatically by next week.

I have stuck to my calorie intake, I completely went off using myfitnesspal for logging my calories but I think it is necessary, especially for now.

Hopefully great results for the upcoming week!! I’ll ensure I’ll complete and update, many a review I have seen die at week 3! LOL
